Attorney Jack Plowman has forty five years of legal experience
and serves Of Counsel with Bentz Law Firm,
PC. His areas of concentration include Construction, Surety and
Fidelity Law and representation of nonprofit organizations. In addition
to serving as President of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Attorney
Plowman is a founding member of Plowman and Spiegel, P.C. and is a Fellow of
the American College of Trial
Lawyers. Mr. Plowman has served as President of the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania Historical Society and as Chancellor of the Western Pennsylvania
Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Plowman has is an Adjunct Professor of Law, Emeritus, at Duquesne Law School teaching Evidence, Professional Responsibility
and Construction Law. He also served as
Editor of the Pittsburgh Legal
